I’ve been rowing twice a day for about ten years now. Yesterday afternoon, I tried your 45-minute session, and I realized that for over 10 years, I’ve been doing it all wrong 😁😁! I only did 20 minutes because I was afraid of injuring myself, but no issues so far 👍🏼. Today, I’m a bit sore, which proves I worked muscles I don’t usually engage.

I’m thrilled to have found your YouTube channel. I’m planning to do the full session today and tomorrow, with a rest day on Wednesday, then get back to it on Thursday and Friday, letting my body rest over the weekend. I can’t wait! 😊

I don’t like rest days, but I force myself to take them. Do you offer paid coaching sessions?

I’ve been following you for about 2 months now. With a small diet adjustment and your sessions (I vary depending on the day and motivation), I’ve lost 22 pounds in 3 and a half months. I’d like to lose another 6 or 9 pounds to get back to my weight from 20 years ago.

I’m 43 years old, 5’7″, started at 167 pounds, and now I’m at 145 pounds. Thanks for your videos that keep me motivated every day!

Quick recap: I started rowing 4 years ago (November 2017). Back then, I weighed 189 lbs (5’7″ tall). I started with the fat-burning program not necessarily to lose weight or fat, but mainly to build endurance and have structure in my training. I didn’t weigh myself regularly because it wasn’t my priority; instead, I was looking for visible results in the mirror! I went through that plan at least three times.

Over these 4 years, my body has continued to improve: slimming down, gaining flexibility, more visible muscles, and increased strength. Out of curiosity, I weighed myself in August 2021 and was at 148 lbs (-41 lbs what a great surprise!).

In September 2021, I started the Performance plan (an excellent program). As of today (29/12/21), I weigh 139 lbs without following any strict diet. However, I eat well, cook my own meals, and focus on balanced nutrition: vegetables, proteins, carbs, fruits, etc. I’m not much of a fan of sweets or desserts (that helps…).

So, in total, I’ve lost 50 lbs just by rowing regularly (at least 5 times a week) and following well-thought-out programs.

Very satisfied with this exercise that I do every day for 15 minutes. It’s amazing my waistline went from 40 inches to 38 inches with a proper lifestyle.

Hello, I just did the rowing session for the belly, thank you so much! It makes my workouts way less monotonous than usual, and I really enjoy listening to you and switching exercises every minute.

Let me introduce myself: I’m 37 years old. In May, I weighed 229 lbs (5’7″). I realized it was time to take charge of my health to enjoy life and feel good about myself. So, I bought a rowing machine 😊, and now I do about three workout sessions a week, alternating between stationary biking, rowing, and home fitness classes. I’ve already lost 11 lbs, but I don’t focus too much on the number anymore (it can be demotivating because of fat loss and muscle gain). I pay more attention to my silhouette, which has completely changed.

Amazing! This coach is honestly incredible! No exaggeration, everything is interesting, precise, consistent, super effective, and motivating. We’re sweating it out with him, but he still manages to talk to us and encourage us at the same time! This is top-notch coaching! About weight: after 11 weeks following the BG program (4.5 sessions per week) and cutting out refined sugars and alcohol, I’ve lost 10 lbs, and it’s stabilized. I still have some abdominal fat, but my silhouette is noticeably slimmer, and my overall tone has improved a lot. I’m hooked.
